EA Search was founded in 2021 as a dedicated offshoot of a financial services search firm established in 2018. The launch was driven by a clear market gap: no firm truly specialised in high-level assistant appointments with the depth, rigour, and discretion these roles demand. What began as a focused initiative quickly evolved – EA Search is now trusted by some of the world’s most prominent organisations and individuals to deliver assistant talent of the highest calibre.
We are deliberately narrow in our focus, and that is our strength.
