Executive Assistant (1:1)
EA Search is pleased to be partnering with a highly reputable investment firm within the real estate market, based in New York, in the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team.
The firm specializes in making equity and debt investments into some of the most impressive real estate projects across the United States, including luxury resorts, hotels, and golf clubs. As it stands, they have made just short of $5bn in investments, and have over 55 employees across the country.
Due to the firm’s continued success, they’re opening a brand new office in New York, near Grand Central, and are currently undergoing numerous hiring processes to build the team – this Executive Assistant role is crucial for both the short and long-term success of the team.
The role will be supporting the Head of the New York team – a senior investment professional with an impressive resume – in a 1:1 capacity, with some light support to the Head of Capital Formation when/as required.
We are specifically looking for someone polished, with a real passion for their work, and who enjoys working proactively, often solving problems before they transpire. This person will need to have a ‘no task too small’ approach to work and be willing to help out wherever needed.

Type:
- Permanent – full time.
- 4 days on-site each week – some flex to 5 days, on rare occasions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120,000/150,000+
- A discretionary bonus

Responsibilities:
- Managing a dynamic and busy calendar – ensuring to handle conflicts professionally and promptly.
- Filtering and handling communication via the Executive’s inbox.
- Coordinating with internal team and external clients and investors.
- Coordinating various calls, meetings, and events on behalf of your Executive.
- Meet, greet, and seat clients/investors visiting the office.
- Managing all travel arrangements, including anticipatory action to avoid issues/delays.
- General Office Management support, including restocking, liaising with IT contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Light personal support, such as helping with household bills.
- Light support to the Head of Capital Formation when required.
- Supporting recruitment efforts within the New York office on behalf of your Executive, including arranging interviews, greeting candidates in person, etc.
- Ad-hoc duties/projects as required
