Executive Assistant to high-profile CEO

EA Search is pleased to be supporting a publicly listed and global real estate firm, based in New York, leading the search for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This is a 1:1 and traditional EA role, in which the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the CEO with phone, diary, inbox, and travel management – as well as providing the associated support in regards to the administration of the executive office.

The CEO is a high-profile individual; a renowned real estate developer with an exemplary reputation, actively leading a company of over 4,000 employees for the past 30 years.

Any applicants must be operating at the highest level and are ideally supporting the CEO of a publicly listed organization or a highly prestigious firm within the financial services markets.

Type:

  • Onsite – 5 days a week (Midtown, NYC)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $200,000 to $250,000

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple schedules/calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating with internal team and external clients and investors
  • Inbox and phone support for the CEO, working with various other assistants within the organization.
  • Coordinating various calls, meetings, and events.
  • Managing all travel arrangements, including anticipatory action to avoid issues/delays.
  • Supporting with weekly reporting, and associated administration of the executive office.
  • Ad-hoc duties/projects as required

What we’re looking for:

  • An Executive Assistant with extensive experience in a 1:1 role, supporting the CEO of a publicly listed or highly prestigious financial services organization.
  • Someone who is happy with a traditional Executive Assistant role, and who operates at an exceptional level with the core responsibilities of the role.
  • Incredibly strong work ethic and someone who enjoys working in a busy and demanding environment.
  • The ability to act proactively and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
