Job Title: Personal Assistant to UHNWI

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London office and Chelsea family home)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to £55,000

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) with diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the multifaceted needs of an UHNWI, encompassing both business and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage a complex schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Inbox Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritising urgent matters.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, private travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Family Matters: Assist with family-related tasks, including managing family schedules, school communications, and personal appointments.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events ranging from intimate family gatherings to large-scale business functions.
  • Household Management: Oversee household staff, ensuring seamless operations and maintenance of residences.
  • Business Support: Provide administrative support for start-up ventures and family-owned businesses, including meeting arrangements and documentation.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and process expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reimbursements.
  • Insurance Coordination: Manage family insurance policies, including renewals and claims processing.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a personal/private assistant role, specifically working with UHNWIs.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attributes:
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments.
    • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions
This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the London office and the family home in Chelsea. It demands a high degree of flexibility, including the willingness to travel and be available outside regular working hours to meet the needs of the principal.

Compensation
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000.
